We do not offer Refunds of any kind for any circumstance. You may cancel at anytime up to January 9, 2024 for no additional fees or charges. After January 9, 2024 you will be responsible for the hotel room in its entirety at $600 usd per night and your card on file will be charged.
If you have made a down payment, payments must be made promptly each month or you will be charged a 3% late fee after 5 days of non payment. On the 6th Day of non payment your booking will be cancelled. 50% of your booking must be paid by Jan 9, 2024 or you will be charged a 5% fee to keep your booking that must be paid to resume payments. Payment Plans must be paid in its entirety by Feb 2, 2024.
